Indonesian Maritime and Fisheries Training Strategy – Australian Maritime and Fisheries Academy

AsiaAustralis were engaged by the Australian Maritime and Fisheries Academy to strategically developed an engagement strategy with the Indonesian Ministry of Fisheries in order to develop a potential commercial and education relationship. This project involved:

  • Communication and engagement with multiple AMFA stakeholders in Port Adelaide and Pt Lincoln
  • Managed and facilitated an inbound trade delegation from the Indonesian Government to the AMFA training facilities in Port Adelaide, and Pt Lincoln, including visits to sites of other AMFA stakeholders.
  • Provision of strategic advice to AMFA executive team and selected board members, on processes, and how any future engagement might fit into the broader plan of the AMFA site at Port Adelaide.
