Asian Market Engagement Strategy – Adelaide Football Club

AsiaAustralis Consultants worked with senior management, and board of directors of the Adelaide Football Club, on this project to develop market opportunities in Asia.  This project included strategic development of international opportunities for the Adelaide Football Club in Asian markets, both for inward and outward investment.

  • Assessing the commercial environment in Australia and Asia, and determining an appropriate strategy for which the AFC could develop a commercial partnership with a targeted organisation.
  • Developing marketing and communication strategy to develop engagement with target organisations, involving stakeholder engagement with international organisations, around needs and wants, and likelihood of partnership.
